• Concept Creation

  We help you create a concept for your project. This, essentially, is what the viewer will take away from your project. This is important for any memorable video.

• Scripting

  Once the concept is created, revised and accepted; scripting can begin. Scripting includes planning of all the audible and visual elements of your project along with shoot schedules, props/actor lists, set design, camera angles, music, lighting, and where/how the final project will be distributed. Scripting often gives you an idea of the final cost of your project and will give you complete creative control in the final product.

• Location Scouting

  Toxic HD is equipped to be a mobile video production service. We help you choose locations for specific parts of your project.  For projects such as weddings for example, this step would be covered in “Scripting” when choosing camera angles. For other types of productions, such as music videos, we will do our best to give you a list of location options that we feel are suitable for your needs and ours.

• 1080i Full Hi Def and Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound

  All client projects are filmed in 1920x1080 Hi Definition at 30 frames per second on a brand new Sony Handycam model HDR-SR 11. This camera is capable of 12x optical zoom, face detection technology, Night Vision, CearVid CMOS sensor, Sony X.V. Color , Optical “Super Steadyshot”, 10.2 Megapixel Still Image Recording, 60GB Hard Drive with Drop Sensor and Hard Drive “Smart Protection”, Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound “Zoom Microphone”, Memory Stick Expansion, and Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T Lens.

• 4 Channel High Fidelity Backup Audio

  We use a 4 channel, 360° Surround Sound microphone for backup audio in the event that our primary audio should fail or be of poor quality. Usually this only occours whe the camera is not near the source of sound. This can sometimes happen at events such as weddings, where the couple desires a wide angle shot.

• Camera Crane for Ariel Shooting

  I havepersonally built a custom camera crane to fit my HD camera. It has a footprint only as large as a tripod, but can reach nearly 14 feet at its full extension. It is a great addition to any music video or large event. It is almost a necessity for parties and wedding receptions or anywhere where you will want to be able to see something other than just a large crowd. It is suited best for stationary shooting. Camera crane is available upon request only.

• Up to 2700 watts of Lighting

  One of the most common causes of poor quality video is inadequit lighting. The effect is a grainy look that some people refer to as "static" like on tv's with no signal. Don't let this happen to your project! Request a lighting package!

  Our lighting consists of (3) 500 watt halogen lamps and (4) 300 watt halogen lamps suspended on a lighting tree reaching over 12 feet high, so as to never interfere with shooting. If planning on using our lighting, please contact us beforehand so we can discuss where the lighting will be used (near residential or commericial/industrial power). Lighting is available upon request only.

  *Halogen lamps give off radiant heat. If you need more than about 1600 watts of lighting, additional circuits may be needed.

• On Site Project Protection

  Our HD camera uses a hard drive. This means, like any other electronic device, it has the potential to fail due to misuse or damage. Although this would be a devistating blow to us, your project would be lost as well. But we have come up with a solution! By simply backing up your project data onto our Mobile Studio's computer, we can save your project data even if we can't save our equiptment.

  *Project Protection is currently unavailable until our Mobile File Server is rebuilt.

• Full Hi Definition Editing

  Toxic HD uses Abobe Master Collection Creative Suite 4 (a.k.a. CS4) to handle all client projects. This suite of software allows client projects to be edited and exported in full 1080 Hi Definition.

• Variety of Formats

  Client projects can be encoded and expotred into any of the following formats: Windows Media, Microsoft AVI (Compressed/Uncompressed), P2 Movie, Animated GIF, FLV/F4V, H.264, H.264-Bluray, MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG2-DVD, MPEG2-Bluray, MPEG4, Images (GIF, TIFF, Targa), Audio (MP3, Windows Waveform[.wav], AAC).

• Project Backup

  Client projects are generally "active" for about 6 months. This means that we keep all files and pieces of your project backed up so that you can have us make changes later. If a project is "discarded", only the final product of the project will be kept, likely only for display on a work portfolio, and the final product is unchangable.

  The length of time a project is kept "active" is negotiable at the time of payment, or when the project is finished. Toxic HD has a dedicated server of 2000 gigabytes of storage space for client projects.

  If for any reason this should not have sufficient space, Toxic HD also has an additional 1500 gigabytes of online storage on a rented server.

• Custom DVD Case Labels

  Toxic HD can create custom DVD labels. To submit a design, the easiest way would be to download Memorex's

• ExPressit label design software, design your label, and send it to us in an email attachment. Then we can open it and convert it to higher quality before printing.
